When we all sit around our big conference table for birthday lunches and the like, it’s pretty obvious why we call ourselves a family.
We count ourselves fortunate for that, and we’ll continue to earn our seats at that table by means of what we bring to it: talent, dedication and all the expertise that comes with 200 years of collective advertising experience.
This is who we are:
 |
David Rosenberg
President
Meet Dave—the man behind Rosenberg Advertising, which was founded 30 years ago. Just a young pup back then, Dave grew a beard to attract potential clients. Needless to say, the beard paid off, and soon enough Dave had a full staff and an impressive list of clients. But it wasn't just the luck of the whiskers that put Rosenberg Advertising on the map. Without Dave's hard work and dedication to the company, he would be just any other bearded man. Fortunately he doesn't need the facial hair anymore.
Dave is a pro sports fanatic and a watch enthusiast—it’s good thing we have several luxury timepiece clients. He likes playing golf in his free time.
Oh, and his staff's pretty great too. |

Melissa Sattler
Principal Creative Director
Melissa joined Rosenberg Advertising in 2005. With 14 years of experience, Melissa has worked in a variety of design environments, including a boutique design studio, a large, full-service marketing and communications agency and even American Greetings (is there a Cleveland designer who hasn’t worked there?!). Aside from her work experience, Melissa’s great working attitude and fun-loving personality keep the office laughing—and the clients happy. Melissa lives in Lakewood with her husband Matt, their kids James and Stella, and an astoundingly handsome cat named Ninja. |

 |
Dave Simon
Creative Director
Even though there are two Daves wandering around the office, there is only one Dave Simon—the very first employee of Rosenberg Advertising. He has been here 28 years and counting, and has contributed to the tremendous growth the agency has enjoyed over the years.
Besides his work here at Rosenberg, Dave is a talented illustrator who has worked on everything from greeting cards and wallpaper borders to children's magazines. He is also a published writer of both children's stories and horror; his three kids heard the best stories growing up. Dave believes that useless knowledge is a terrible thing to waste, which makes him tough to beat at Trivial Pursuit. Don't believe us? Challenge him to a game. |

Kara Mckenna
Art Director
With eight years of advertising experience, Kara has created remarkable direct mailers and catalogs for our top clients. She has been part of the Rosenberg clan since 2005 and we are truly lucky to have her.
Kara’s art and advertising expertise is also present in her personal life. In her free time, she enjoys designing invitations and announcements for her friends and family. She’s also a phenomenal present-wrapper and can tie perfect bows. |

 |
Samantha Oertel
Art Director
Sam has more than five years of advertising experience and has worked at agencies in Jacksonville, Florida as well as here in Cleveland. Sam has a strong background in print and web design as well as web programming. Sam lives in Lakewood with her husband and enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and walking her dog Max in the Metroparks. |

 |
Jeremy Fleischer
Art Director
With over six years of graphic design and programming work under his belt, Jeremy is ready and willing to take on new challenges at Rosenberg Advertising. Having a degree in Fine Art, Jeremy enjoys taking his girlfriend out to art shows and live entertainment. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys cooking and watching Gordon Ramsey scream at innocent chefs on Kitchen Nightmares. Aside from that, Jeremy has his hands full with his thrill-seeking cat he is convinced gets a kick out of the shock that comes with chewing cords. |
| |
 |
Rick Koehler
Vice President
Rick joined Rosenberg in 2001 with over 25 years of experience in the advertising world. He has developed valuable relationships with the media and works closely with reps to give Rosenberg’s clients the best media value.
Rick is the only Rosenberg staff member with a Golden Buckeye Card—a dubious distinction. He has been a boater his whole life, growing up with summers spent at the Jersey Shore—not at all like the show! In fact, he drove a boat before he even drove a car. He enjoys boating to the Lake Erie islands, Canada and Lake Huron. He has one grandson, Camden, and in December he will have another! Rick’s dog Quincy is an occasional office dog. His “buoyant” (he likes boating too) personality has everybody laughing when he visits. |

Jenna Tucci
Senior Account Executive
Jenna has done it all: Marketing, PR and now Advertising… what could be better? Jenna is a dedicated account executive at Rosenberg Advertising and a delightfully fun colleague. Her wide range of professional skills and her charismatic personality definitely show in her work.
Jenna loves to shorten words. To work with Jenna, one must know the definitions of "totes," "ridic," and "perf." She also loves orange juice; it's her favorite "bev." She refuses to drink a mimosa because it will taint the orange juice. That’s the kind of dedication we like our account executives to have! |

 |
Dan Portik
Senior Business Development Consultant
Dan joins forces with Rosenberg Advertising with 28 years of sales, management, marketing and business experience. He also owned his own agency, Jamestown Creative Group, for 23 of those years! In his free time, Dan enjoys playing pool with his family, bible study and rooting for our beloved Cleveland Brownies. He also has been a musician, songwriter and studio engineer for over 30 years. |

 |
Connie Ramser
Account Executive
For almost 25 years, Connie has contributed to the agency’s growth. She manages a drug store account with nearly 70 locations throughout Ohio, which certainly keeps her busy.
Connie’s charming personality and sincere work ethic helped her establish an outstanding rapport with her clients. Using her photography skills, she has even photographed a few of her clients’ weddings. Now, she recreationally takes photos of kids as favors to her friends. As for her own kids…they’re always front and center in the camera lens saying “cheese!” Connie is the epitome of a sports mom and if you need to find her—try the local basketball game, gymnastics match, cheerleading competition or football game. She’ll be the one in front of all the action, snapping photos and cheering her kids on. |

 |
Austin Rosenberg
Account Executive
A typical workday for Austin includes researching, calling on leads and working with existing clients. Austin is a hard worker and an effective communicator, which are important skills to have when working with prospective clients.
Austin is a true Clevelander, as he is a die-hard Cavaliers fan, and has been since…well, as long as he can remember. When Austin is not hard at work, he likes playing sports, especially basketball, tennis, golf and bocce. He also enjoys biking and painting. |

Becki Cooper
Account Executive
As an account executive, Becki brings with her over 3 years of Advertising, Account Service, Public Relations, Social Media and Event Planning experience. A John Carroll University graduate and a Cleveland resident for life, Becki cannot ever imagine leaving this city we call home. When she is not working hard in the office, Becki coordinates the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows, handling the recruiting, planning, and all the publicity that comes with them. Becki has a guilty pleasure for celebrity gossip and reality TV and loves perusing thrift shops for fun and unique vintage looks. |

 |
Marisa Himes
Director of Operations
The Rosenberg staff depends on Marisa to keep the office running smoothly. After working here for nine years, she knows everything there is to know, inside and out. Marisa started out handling Rosenberg's accounting and HR, then worked with media for a while, and then became the account executive for our four watch clients. Now, she does it all with a contagious smile.
It may be hard to believe, but Marisa didn't used to like animals. Her big, fuzzy dog Nika was a package deal—she came along with her husband, Bill. Nika won her over so much, that they recently added another dog to their home. Marisa enjoys cooking, baking and loves watching reality TV! |

 |
Lisa Holliday
Administrative Assistant
Lisa supports our accounting department as well as helping with general office duties here at Rosenberg. Lisa has a strong background in customer service and is also a massage specialist. Lisa is an animal lover who enjoys hiking, snowboarding, water sports and travel and also plays the guitar. She also loves to cook and bake and we all look forward to having her homemade baked goods around the office! |
