Our Rosenberg Advertising family was happy to contribute to the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program for the second consecutive year.
Adopt-A-Family pairs families, hospitalized veterans and senior citizens in need with sponsors who volunteer to provide them with Christmas gifts, which they otherwise wouldn’t receive this year.
Recipients and sponsors are essentially anonymous to each other, but most of the families who participate in this program have been faced with serious hardships. This year, we were matched with a family of seven with children ages five through 12.
Whatever this family is facing, we hope that our contributions gave them something to smile about and helped make their Christmas as special as possible.

For the holiday season, Rosenberg Advertising was proud to participate in the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program. The program matches impoverished families, hospitalized veterans and senior citizens with sponsors who can supply gifts and other tangible items they can’t provide for themselves.
As a group, we “adopted” a family and a hospitalized veteran. Sponsors and recipients are anonymous to each other, but we received lists of our recipients’ needs and wants, and had a lot of fun shopping accordingly.
The result was this heaping pile of presents and gift cards that begged to be shared. Although we’ll never know for sure exactly how they were received, we hope they were as satisfying to get as they were for us to give.
