Jenna and Austin talk about Scoreboard Haircuts for Men

It was our task to brand the salon into more than just a name. We came up with the tagline “Where Guys Get the Pro Treatment,” complementing the sports theme while portraying Scoreboard as a full-service salon.
In early 2010 Rosenberg Advertising was approached by Joe and Sue Duale, entrepreneurs who had a long-time dream of opening their own hair salon. Sue, having worked for a large salon, had the experience and knowledge of running a salon while her husband, Joe, had owned his own company for many years and knew the ins and outs of operating a business. With their combined backgrounds, the Duales decided to open a salon in the niche segment of just-for-men.
When the Duales approached us, they knew they wanted to name their soon-to-be salon Scoreboard Haircuts for Men, embodying a sports theme to engage a male clientele.
It was our task to brand the salon into more than just a name. We came up with the tagline “Where Guys Get the Pro Treatment,” complementing the sports theme while portraying Scoreboard as a full-service salon. With the tagline completed, Scoreboard needed a logo and consistent look. We presented a few options to the client, who ultimately decided on a look that depicts that of a green LED scoreboard.
Once the look and colors were established, we were able to carry through the look into a new website, print media, signage, Facebook, and business and menu cards.
