78th Street Studios is a culture-filled building shared by a diverse group of arts and entertainment businesses. From a record label to a clothing label, tenants also include a music publication, an architectural design firm and several galleries and studios focused on visual arts.

The 78th Street businesses came to Rosenberg Advertising in need of a collective voice that could reach a larger public without diluting their individuality. We’ve started with an edgy website that celebrates the contrasts of the building itself as well as the companies within it.
