National Settlement Consultants (NSC) came to Rosenberg with a strong sense of their role as a company: to give plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases peace of mind by making their settlement money last.

NSC’s marketing materials, however, didn’t match their standards. Their brand wasn’t doing all it could to help them win the respect and trust of attorneys, from whom they get referrals.

To that end, Rosenberg created a new NSC logo and a completely new visual identity to match both the earnest nature of the company’s work and the staff’s collectively positive attitude. Likewise, we developed the tagline — "Passionate Advocates. Proven Approach." — to express the loyalty to clients and demonstrated effectiveness that set NSC apart.

We’ve incorporated both the tagline and the new visual elements into a brochure for attorneys to share with their plaintiffs, as well as a whole new website.
